<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an accident by informing own presence at specific points such as points with frequent accidents or limited visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The points with frequent accidents or limited visibility (dangerous point data) stored in a map data storage system 5 and the own car position detected with a position detector 1 are compared. When the own car exists on the point with frequent accidents or limited visibility, a headlight control circuit 10 and/or a whistle control circuit 11 are operated to inform the existence of the own car outside the car. By this, attention of other moving object near the point is attracted and accidents are prevented.
