<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training system that enables a user to select a problem out of many exercise problems and do exercises, and efficiently advance the exercises while referring to proper reference documents by using a computer. <P>SOLUTION: This training system comprises: storing a plurality of problems and answers in a problem database; storing the reference documents in a reference document database; extracting proper problems according to the purpose of exercises from the problem database; and editing exercise problems for training by using a written procedure. The user performs the exercises with the edited exercise problems for training and refers to the reference documents after the exercises. Answers to the exercise problems for training, access records, and reaction records of the user are stored in an examination implementation record database and records of reference to the reference documents are stored in a document reference record database.
