<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a resin molded article for markedly enhancing a yield in such a case that molding is performed using an FRP crushed material. <P>SOLUTION: An FRP product such as a bathtub or the like is crushed and a coupling agent is bonded to the surface of the crushed material. The crushed material is kneaded with a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as a toilet seat crushed material or the like under heating to obtain a premix product. The premix product is supplied to an extrusion molding machine and subjected to extrusion molding to manufacture an FRP product such as a base plate for tile execution. As the coupling agent, a coupling agent such as a vinyl type one, an amino type one, an epoxy type one, a methacryloxy type one and the like can be used and the bonding amount thereof is suitably about 0.1-2 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
