PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of performing air-conditioning control to meet the warm sensation of an occupant. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises an air-conditioning system 6, a matrix type infrared ray temperature sensor 70b having sensor cells 71-74, and an air-conditioner ECU 8. The air-conditioner ECU 8 selects the temperature to be recognized as the occupant temperature out of the detected temperature W1-W4 based on the comparison of the detected temperature between the upper side sensor cells 73 and 74 and the lower side sensor cells 71 and 72. Since the air-conditioner ECU 8 controls the air-conditioning system 6 so as to adjust the air-conditioning state of an area including a seat for each seat in a cabin by using the temperature to be recognized as the occupant temperature to be thus selected, the air-conditioning control can be performed to meet the warm sensation of the occupant.
