PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excite a triple mode with a simple structure and to provide a prescribed filter characteristic. SOLUTION: In a housing 10, resonance rooms 12 and 12' are formed of a bridgewall 11. Square pole-type dielectric resonators 1 and 1' are arranged in resonance rooms 12 and 12'. An upper face of the housing is closed by a lid 30. The square pole-type dielectric resonators 1 and 1' have grooves 2 and 2' arranged on respective sides of square poles, notches 3 and 3' obtained by obliquely notching one side of each square pole along one side, and notches 4 and 4' obtained by notching one corner of the square pole with which the notches are brought into contact in a square pole direction. A radio wave inputted from a coaxial connector 13 excites a triple mode (TE01δ(Z)+HE11δ(X)+HE11δ(Y)) in the dielectric resonator 1, and excites the same mode in the dielectric resonator 1'. The two triple modes are connected and it is outputted from a coaxial connector 13'. Adjustment is performed by frequency adjusting screws 14, 15, 31, 14', 15' and 31' at the respective modes, connection adjusting screws 16, 17, 16' and 17' of the respective modes and a triple mode connection adjusting screw.
