PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating poor shoe fit and unifying the tightening strength, in a sewing method of the both ends of a rubber string, used for tightening the instep of the foot in a shoe or a sandal for a child or a junior. SOLUTION: This footwear, having a rubber shoestring as a tightening means, has the tightening means whose both ends of the single rubber shoestring are sewn and fixed at a single part by being covered with a narrow and short-width cloth or knitted cloth such as a D-ring, forms a false loop and becomes endless in shape.
