PANTS TYPE DISPOSABLE DIAPER WITH SURROUNDING OF LEGS ADJUSTABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type disposable diameter which enables the adjustment of the surrounding of the legs of the user without clearance. SOLUTION: The pants type disposable diaper has the front body part, the back body part and the crotch part positioned between both the parts. An opening part surrounding the waist and a pair of opening parts surrounding the legs are formed by joining both side rims facing each other of the front body part and the back body part together and a stretchable elastic body surrounding the waist and that surrounding the legs are arranged along the respective opening parts. The length of the side rim part on the side of the opening part surrounding the legs in either the front body part or the back body part is made larger than that in the other part and a fastening tape having a fastening means detachably mountable on the side rim part of the part facing it is mounted on the longer side rim part.
