The protector (6) has a main body (7), and a cap (8) fitted into the edge-part (7c) of the protector main body. When the cap is rotated to an axle line and the operation surface of the cap engages with the engagement surface (q) at the time of tightening of the edge part of protector main body, the edge part is pressed by the thread-part (2c) of a ball-stud (2). A slit (9) is formed at the edge-part of the protector main body. The protector main body has a handle protection part (7b) whose edge-part peripheral surface has engagement surfaces (q,p) forming large and small distances with an axial center at the time of tightening and releasing, respectively.
