The stimulator (1) may apply a vibration to a finger (2) or other suitable body part of an elderly patient. It may influence urination in a patient with bladder and other urinogenital problems. The system may consist of a small box which has two closely-spaced spikes oscillated at 1 Hz with randomized interstimulation intervals of 100 to 3000 ms. The spikes may contact the pad of the patient's index finger.
