PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access controlling apparatus for facilitating a security management of various internet service, a network security system, an access controlling method and its program. SOLUTION: A data center system 100 for conducting the security management of a client server system is provided between client server systems 200-1 to 200-n and an internet 1. The data center system 100 is a system for access controlling in the network having firewall devices 31, 32, a proxy server group 20 and an LDAP server 10 for authentication, etc. The LDAP server 10 for the authentication compares data to a client server system from the internet 1 or data sent from the client server system to the internet with the data for the authentication for managing by itself an LDAP directory, and controls a transfer of file data based on its compared result.
