PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution in which a wing is projected without a welding from a pile body in a steel pipe pile with the wing. SOLUTION: A steel pipe is formed in a square steel pipe shape, and cut along the ridge-lines, and each surface is projected in a projecting shape to the outside, thus forming the wing.
