PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in fixability and anti-offsetting property. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises aggregates of particles containing at least primary particles of a polymer. The primary particles of the polymer have a structure which substantially encapsulates wax. The primary particles of the polymer are obtained by previously preparing wax emulsion and using the wax emulsion as a seed to proceed to emulsion polymerization. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
