PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical dynamic pressure bearing device having a bearing sleeve and a shaft bushing, capable of forming the reference gap (thrust/rattle) between the sleeve and the bushing easily and accurately using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A pair of slipoff preventive members 17 and 25 are mounted on the bearing sleeve 13 and the shaft bushing 21 in which a mounting reference surface 26a formed at least one on one side of the bearing sleeve 13 and the shaft bushing 21 inserted in such a way as capable of making relative rotation is used as a common reference surface in the axial direction, and the final dimensional accuracy of the reference gap DS formed between the two slipoff preventive members 17 and 25 is made possible to be decided only by the dimensional accuracy of the slipoff preventive members 17 and 25, which allows precluding accumulation of the accuracy of the component parts from a gradient dynamic pressure surface to the slipoff preventive members, as in any conventional arrangement.
