PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler of a form for placing concrete which is lightweight, compact, superior in workability and which can realize low cost. SOLUTION: The coupler 10 is an implement for connecting a form 20 for placing concrete and is formed into a substantially L-shaped form, one side of the legs is made to be an insertion part 11 inserted in a connection hole 23 of the form 20 for placing concrete, and the other side of the legs turned about the insertion part 11 in a state of the insertion part 11 being inserted in the connection hole 23, the side plate part 22 of the form 20 for placing concrete is pinched in the thickness direction by the pinching part 12, formed at both ends of the insertion part 11 to form a handle 13 connecting them.
