PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a structure and a bag body used therefor capable of injecting a fluent solidifier such as a mortar or the like in a state to hold self-standing and a form of the bag body without using any special supporting member. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the structure constructing the structure by filling the inside of the bag body 1 with the fluent solidifier 2, the bag body 1 equipped with an introduction inlet 3 of the fluent solidifier and an introduction inlet/an introduction outlet 5 of pressure fluid is installed. After the bag body 1 has been held in an expansion state by injecting the pressure fluid 4 from the introduction inlet/the introduction outlet 5 of the pressure fluid, the pressure fluid 4 to be injected is exhausted while injecting the fluent solidifier 2 from the introduction inlet of the solidifier 2, and the inside of the bag body 1 is filled with the fluid hardening material 2.
