PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align the center axial line of a hollow shaft of a main motor and the center axial line of an axle on an identical axial line by a simple means. SOLUTION: When a center axial line X of a hollow shaft 11 of a main motor 3 is displaced from a center axial line Y of an axle 15, an alignment adjusting plate 55 is inserted and set on a side of a drive side elastic element holding member 33 or a driven side elastic element holding member 35. At least two elastic elements 31 arranged in a perimeter form are pressed in a compressing direction, and the hollow shaft 11 or the axle 15 is recovered and moved along a displacement direction by its pressing force, so as to perform alignment on the identical axial line.
