RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR COVERING CONVEYOR BELT WITH EXCELLENT ANTI-ADHERENCE AND ANTI-ABRASION PROPERTY, WHICH COMPRISES RUBBER COMPOUND, FILLING AGENT, STEARIC ACID, ZINC OXIDE, FATTY ACID AMIDE, PROCESS OIL, ANTIOXIDANT AND VULCANIZING ACCELERATOR

PURPOSE: A rubber composition for covering a conveyor belt is provided to improve the anti-adherence property of a carried article and the anti-abrasion property against a surface of the conveyor belt, thereby showing favorable effects in transportation efficiency, environmental contamination, energy cost and service life. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for covering a conveyor belt comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a rubber compound, 10 to 70 parts by weight of a filling agent, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of stearic acid, 3 to 10 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a fatty acid amide compound. 1.0 to 60 parts by weight of a process oil, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant, and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a vulcanizing accelerator. Preferably, the process oil is an aromatic oil, the anti-oxidant comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of d-phenylamines, p-phenylenes and diamines. The rubber compound is at least one selected from natural rubber, styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber and butadiene rubber.
