FIELD: equipment used for sportsmen exercising, as well as for patient rehabilitation after trauma of locomotor apparatus, prophylaxis of diseases caused by motionless mode of life, and for training of vestibular apparatus. ^ SUBSTANCE: exercising apparatus has E-shaped base and front and rear poles immovably fixed on base. Seat is movably mounted on base and coupled to loading device through bar. During exercising of sportsman, seat reciprocates in planar-parallel plane. Guide for load is positioned for changing angle of inclination to line of horizon by means of mechanism equipped with retainer. Pusher is pivotally connected to bar. Load is made from metal. Mechanism for changing inclination angle to line of horizon is made of rack type. Changing of loading is determined from formula: m=sin alpha.M, where m is loading of user's muscles; alpha is angle between guide and line of horizon.; M is weight of load. Motion amplitudes of seat and loading mechanism are extending in parallel and adjacent to one another. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and wider range of usage. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
