CONTAMINANT REMOVING RETURN PIN OF AN INJECTION MOLD FOR SWEEPING AWAY THE POLLUTANT ATTACHED WHERE THE AIR OF AN AIR SPRAY DOES NOT REACH

PURPOSE: A contaminant removing return pin of an injection mold is provided to improve the life span of the mold by installing the return pin at a predetermined position of the injection mold where an air spray does not reach and to remove completely the contaminant with the air. CONSTITUTION: A contaminant removing return pin of an injection mold for sweeping away the contaminant attached on the injection mold by an air spray injection device has an auxiliary air injection device(100) mounted at the injection mold where the air jetted from the air spray injection device does not reach. The auxiliary air injection device comprises a body(10) integrated and installed at the injection mold and composed of a flow hole(13) for moving the air therein and a through-hole(15) formed in the diametral direction; a plug member(20) inserted and disposed in the side of the through-hole of the body; a spring member(30) supported to the plug member and mounted in the other direction of the through-hole; and a ball bearing(40) installed at the other side of the through-hole by pressure of the spring member and formed with an eject hole(41) in the diametral direction to jet the air.
