CHAIN UNIT FOR A CONVEYOR CAPABLE OF PROVIDING UNIFORM PROGRESSING SPEED OF THE CHAIN UNIT TO THE CONVEYOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A chain unit for a conveyor is provided to make the progressing speed of the conveyor uniform by making curvature of a chain link identical with curvature of a sprocket. CONSTITUTION: A chain unit for a conveyor comprises plural guide rollers(109) coming in contact with pubes of a sprocket and plural chain links(113) fastened by pins(111) in a state of having one end overlapping with both sides of the guide rollers in the front and rear directions. Curvature of the chain links is formed in a round shape and is identical with curvature of the sprocket.
