JIG FOR MANUFACTURING AN LCD MODULE HAVING A MOBILE LOCATION PIN CAPABLE OF BEING APPLIED TO VARIOUS PCB MODELS OF DIFFERENT SIZES

PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to be applied to various PCB(Printed Circuit Board) models of different sizes and easily couple or uncouple the location pin to the jig, by using a mobile location pin. CONSTITUTION: An insertion hole(33) for receiving a location pin is formed in an upper surface of a block(31). A screw tap is formed at the side surface of the block to fix or move the location pin and the block simultaneously. A bolt(35) has a screw thread corresponding to the screw tap. A long hole(41) for loading location pin is to be loaded is formed in a backup jig(100). A bolt inserting hole is formed in the block and the side surface of the backup jig. The bolt inserting hole has the same length as the long hole for loading location pin. The bolt is inserted into the bolt insertion hole, thus coupling or moving the block and the location pin.
