PURPOSE: A method for controlling the machine tool motor by using a personal computer is provided to be operated by the user with use of the man machine interface(MMI) without having a specific knowledge. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the machine tool motor by using a personal computer includes the steps of: commanding the determination of position; interpolating the line by the command; interpolating the arc by the command; determining the position with the rapid transmission speed by the command of the position determination; commanding the cut moving speed at the line interpolation and the arc interpolation periods; over leading the transmitting and the rapid transmitting speed; and assigning the automatic acceleration and deceleration during the moving start and the moving end.
