PURPOSE: A device for measuring the air pressure and the speed of a vehicle tire are provided to replace an air pressure measuring unit and calculate the speed of the vehicle by an ECU. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring an air pressure and a speed of a vehicle tire includes a permanent magnet(20), a coil(22), a coil fixture unit(30), a light emitting part(24), a light receiving part(26), an ECU(28), and a display part. The permanent magnet(20) generates a magnetic force. The coil(22) is installed on the inner side wall of the tire(10) while penetrating the central part of a wheel(12). The coil(22) is separated from the permanent magnet(20) with a predetermined distance. The coil fixture unit(30) fixes the coil(22) to the wheel(12). The light emitting part(24) is connected in such a manner that the emitting part(24) is turned on by electromotive force and is installed on a predetermined part of a disk(14).
