摘要

PURPOSE: Ginseng mayonnaise containing ginseng-fermented edible oil, eggs and vinegar is provided which has increased shelf life and strong flavor and enhanced utility of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 50% by weight of ginseng-fermented edible oil, 41% by weight of eggs and 1% by weight of vinegar is agitated in a mixer for 5min.
