A pull tab of a slide fastener slider comprises a pull tab proper (1) having a insert portion (6) and a slider-attaching portion (5) provided at a proximal end of the insert portion (6) for attachment to the slider; and a cover (2) made of flexible material and adapted to have the insert portion (6) inserted thereinto. The insert portion (6) includes a plurality of locking surface features (10) for preventing the cover (2) from being pulled off the insert portion (6).
