摘要 PURPOSE: A display device is provided to lower resistances between wiring terminal portions and bumps of a drive circuit chip, thereby stabilizing connection resistance and preventing generation of display defect. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises an insulation substrate, a display region having a plurality of pixels on a main surface of the insulation substrate, and at least one drive circuit element(IC) mounted on a peripheral portion of the main surface of the insulation substrate. The drive circuit element supplies signals or electric power to the display region. A plurality of wiring(LL,LLP1) are formed in the peripheral portion, and have terminal portions formed in a mounting portion where the drive circuit element is mounted. The wiring is extended to the outside of the mounting portion. A plurality of bumps comprising the first bumps(I/O-BUMP) are connected to the respective terminal portions by an anisotropic conductive film. The first bumps are respectively connected to a group of terminal portions, which are close to one end of the mounting portion. The first bumps are arranged closer to one side of the mounting surface than the other bumps. The second bumps(A-BUMP) different from the above bumps are formed on the mounting surface close to the first bumps.
