PURPOSE: A packet scheduling method in accordance with power is provided to determine a priority in consideration of power-related parameters, and to assign a remaining power to a terminal which can transmit more data groups with little power, thereby increasing a system throughput with the limited power. CONSTITUTION: A system manager of a base station decides whether to consider power parameters for packet scheduling(S301). If so, the system manager sets a beta value according to a reflecting degree of the power parameters(S302), and calculates an amount of necessary power and average power(S303), then determines a priority(S304). The base station assigns a power to each terminal according to the priority(S305), and carries out a scheduling process for data transceiving.
