PURPOSE: To provide a dual type apparatus for dehumidifying and purifying compressed air, the apparatus capable of effectively obtaining dry air of high purity and reducing consumption cost of energy accordingly compared with a single type apparatus for dehumidifying and purifying compressed air. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for dehumidifying and purifying compressed air, a dual type apparatus for dehumidifying and purifying compressed air comprises: an air filter for filtering solids suspended in compressed air; a refrigerant compression type dehumidifier for dehumidifying compressed air filtered in the air filter; an air filter for refiltering compressed air dehumidified in the refrigerant compression type dehumidifier with fine activated carbon powder; and a semiconductor device type dehumidifier for dehumidifying again the compressed air filtered in the air filter, wherein an endothermic part(10) is formed by alternately disposing a plurality of diaphragms(6) formed of thin film having high thermal conductivity in the semiconductor device type dehumidifier.
