摘要 PURPOSE: An AC type anemometry and a flow rate data mapping method therefor are provided to widen measuring range and to improve measuring accuracy by using a micro anemometry sensor. CONSTITUTION: An anemometry(100) includes a resistance heat emitter and a signal processor. The resistance heat emitter(120) is inserted in a flow. An AC power source(110) with a first frequency periodically supplies power to the resistance heat emitter. The signal processor(140) detects a first signal from the resistance heat emitter and calculates phase delay of the first signal with respect to the AC power source. The first signal is generated at the resistance heat emitter corresponding to the temperature variations of the resistance heat emitter. A calculator(150) calculates the low rate from the phase delay.
