PURPOSE: A heat exchanging accumulator is provided to improve pressure withstanding while utilizing a refrigerant storage space by improving configuration of refrigerant pipes mounted in an accumulator. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant storage space(112) stores a refrigerant. A high-pressure side refrigerant pipe is wound on the inside of the refrigerant storage space several times. A first refrigerant flow pipe(140) has a first refrigerant passage formed inside the high-pressure side refrigerant pipe. An inner cap(180) is combined with an upper part of the first refrigerant flow pipe. A second refrigerant flow pipe(150) has a second refrigerant passage(152). A strainer(160) is inserted between the first refrigerant flow pipe and the second refrigerant flow pipe.
