PURPOSE: A nasal cavity washer is provided to allow the manufacturing at a low price, to increase the convenience for treating a patient by preventing the liquid medicine or washing liquid, inserted into his/her nasal cavity, from being reversed, and to closely adhere the present washer to an entrance of the nasal cavity. CONSTITUTION: The nasal cavity washer includes: a vessel(1) with a cap(3), containing a liquid medicine or washing liquid; a one-directional valve assembly(5), connected to the cap(3) for closing the vessel(1), discharging the liquid medicine and preventing the discharged liquid medicine from flowing into the vessel(1) again; a hose(7), connected to the one-directional valve assembly(5), and moving the liquid medicine or washing liquid which is discharged from the one-directional valve assembly(5); and a tip(9), connected to a front end of the hose(7), and closely adhered to an entrance of nasal cavity to let the liquid medicine or washing liquid, which passes through the hose(7), enter into the nasal cavity.
