PURPOSE: An ice case manufacturing device is provided to easily make ice by using a bottom frame and a top frame which smashing ice block to ice powder. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(30) reciprocates a lower mold(10) to top and bottom. A frame part(40) supports the lower mold, an upper frame(20) and a cylinder. A control unit(50) is fixed to the frame part and controls a lower mold, an upper frame and the cylinder. Ice is compacted between the lower mold and the upper frame to forms an ice case on an ice case shaping part. A supporting board(41) is settled on the floor of the frame part. A lower fixing plate(42) is settled on the cylinder. An upper fixed plate(43) is fixed on the inside of the upper frame.
