PURPOSE: An insulation panel or an impact dissipation panel for construction, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the production speed by forming continuously a foam panel by an extrusion molding method, to cut down the cost by using polypropylene, and to secure an environmental-friendly process by supplying harmless carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene insulation panel or an impact dissipation panel is formed by using carbon dioxide with excellent heat insulation capacity as foaming gas and adopting an extrusion molding process. The carbon dioxide of 1¯10% is used in comparison to the polypropylene. The polypropylene, which does not chemical or physical foaming agent, is melted in an extrusion molding machine and then mixed with the carbon dioxide supplied from the outside. The specific gravity of the panel is 0.01¯0.1g/cm¬3. A method for manufacturing the insulation or impact dissipation panel is composed of steps for compressing gaseous carbon dioxide into liquid and then staying ready for injecting the liquid carbon dioxide into the extrusion molding machine; melting polypropylene pellet by heat and friction heat(120); supplying the liquid carbon dioxide toward the melted polypropylene; mixing the melted polypropylene and the carbon dioxide in a molding machine(140); passing bars foamed by penetrating a die composed of small holes through rolls mounted at upper and lower sides(160,170); and cutting a compressed and bonded board passing through the rolls into a predetermined size(180).
