摘要 PURPOSE: A touch sensing device of a boring machine is provided to minimize defects caused by accumulating machining tolerance and non-machined materials generated in a fine boring step of a transmission axle case by controlling the operation of the boring machine based on the front side that is a standard of design dimension. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensing device of a boring machine(9) is composed of a sensing dog unit(10) mounted at the front lower side of the boring machine moved forward and reversely by a hydraulic cylinder(7) fixed on a frame(5) with corresponding to a transmission axle case(3) fixed on a jig(1), and contacted directly to a front side(A) of the transmission axle case to move forward and reversely and a touch sensing unit(20) installed in the rear lower side of the boring machine and contacted to the side of the sensing dog unit according to forward and reverse motions of the sensing dog unit to output a contact signal.
