摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a device for sensing operation of an extrusion plate for a low pressure casting machine, wherein a sensing dog is constructed at the outer side of a base plate of the low pressure casting machine so that a sensor is not influenced by high temperature of the low pressure casting machine to improve durability of the sensor and simply adjust the sensor. CONSTITUTION: In a device for sensing operation of an extrusion plate(101) for a low pressure casting machine, the device installed between a base plate(103) of the low pressure casting machine and guide rods(105,107) installed on the base plate to guide the extrusion plate so that the device senses lifting and lowering operations of the extrusion plate, the device comprises a lifting sensing limit switch(111) and a lowering sensing limit switch(113) that are vertically mounted on one side of an outer part of the base plate through a bracket(109) with being spaced apart from each other in a fixed distance; and a dog unit mounted on an upper part of one of the guide rods in such a way that a sensing dog(115) is disposed between the lifting sensing limit switch and the lowering sensing limit switch.
