摘要

PURPOSE: A slurry composition and a method for forming an electrode are provided to prevent a degradation of electron emitting performance of a carbon nanotube caused due to a residual carbon after baking process. CONSTITUTION: A slurry composition comprises a carbon nanotube, an adhesive material, a dispersion agent, and a solvent. The slurry composition has a viscosity of 1000 cP or lower. The adhesive material is selected from the group consisting of frit, water glass, silicate solution, and metal powder having an adhesive property at the temperature of 500 Deg.C or lower.
