PURPOSE: A spare tire fixing device of a vehicle is provided to easily keep and take out a spare tire by moving horizontally the spare tire and to minimize fatigue of operators by forming a storage and take-out position of the spare tire at the outside of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire fixing device of a vehicle is composed of a pair of guide rails(10) composed of a guide elongated hole(11) formed longitudinally in the center, and separated at a predetermined distance on the bottom side of a vehicle body; a plurality of support bars(21) inserted to the guide elongated hole; a carrier(20) fixed to the lower end of the support bar; a rack gear(23) formed on one surface of the carrier; a pinion gear(31) engaged with the rack gear; and a rotary bar(30) rotatively installed on one surface of the guide rail to support the pinion gear.
