PURPOSE: A wiper device of a vehicle with easiness in replacement of a blade is provided to easily execute replacement of a blade by rotating and moving a connection part of a wiper arm and an arm head to separate the connection part from the lower part of a hood. CONSTITUTION: A wiper device of a vehicle with easiness in replacement of a blade has an arm head(30) connected to a link cage driven by a wiper motor, and a blade mounted to a blade support unit connected to the arm head via a wiper arm. The wiper device of the vehicle comprises a first connection unit(10) arranged to the arm head; a second connection unit(20) rotatably mounted to the first connection unit and arranged to the link cage; a rotation guide unit guiding rotary motion of the first and second connection units and restricting rotation angles; and a restoring unit providing elastic restoring force to the first connection unit and the second connection unit.
