<p>An organic EL luminescence device includes a substrate, a thin film having a reflection function formed on the substrate, an organic EL luminescence layer and an upper electrode. Because the thin film having a reflection function is formed from an amorphous alloy, the organic EL luminescence device is provided with a reflection function, a light shielding function against a transistor and an electrode function.
