3-DIRECTIONAL SINGLE BODY SLIDE COVER OF LINE CENTER FOR AGILE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

A three-way integral slide cover for a horizontal line center of an agile production system is provided to prevent the line center from being broken down by various foreign materials by attaching the cover and to reduce the weight by making the cover from flexible neoprene. A hole larger than the outer diameter of a spindle(5) is formed in the center of a steel member(3). A wiper ring(2) is formed along the edge of the hole. An inner diameter of the wiper ring is same as an outer diameter of the spindle and an outer peripheral surface is contacted closely to the hole. A first cover(1) for a horizontal line center(6) installed with first rolling units(8) at both ends and attached to a flexible material is installed to supporting columns(4) of both ends of the line center. The spindle is exposed to the center of the wiper ring.
