摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize and recover waste heat of an upper stage side cooler hot drain water by a method wherein the upper stage side cooler, an intermediate stage side cooler, and a lower stage side cooler are respectively arranged, and the hot waste water of the upper stage side cooler is introduced to a heat source side as a heat source water, and cold water which is obtained on the cooling side is used as a cold source for the lower stage side cooler. SOLUTION: A hot waste water which is obtained by the waste heat of an upper side condenser 10, is used as a heat source water for a heat source side A of an adsorption type refrigerator 13 through a passage 31, and the heat is deprived of by the driving of the adsorption type refrigerator 13. The temperature of the heat deprived hot water is lowered by an air cooling heat-exchanger 14, and is to be used as a cooling water for an intermediate stage cooler 11, and a hot drain water of which the temperature rises by the waste heat while a product to be cooled is cooled by the intermediate cooler 11, is transferred as a cooling water to the upper stage side cooler 10 at the same time. In the meantime, when the hot drain water of the upper stage side cooler 10 is introduced as a heat source water for the adsorption type refrigerator 13, a cold water which generates on the cooling side B of the adsorption type refrigerator 13, is transferred as a cooling water for a final stage cooler 12, and at the same time, the hot waste water at the previous stage cooling of the cooler 12, is converted and generated as a cold water on the cooling side B of the refrigerator 13, and as a result, an efficient waste heat recover of the cooling water can be performed.
