PURPOSE: To provide a system for mail-order business which supplies, specially, article cataloges on a CD-ROM, quickens retrieval of a desired article to be purchased, and simplifies the ordering of the article. CONSTITUTION: This article purchase system has a processing system which includes an individual information registering means 5, a retrieval means 2, an order slip generating means, and an ordering means connected to a personal communication and is equipped with a memory means storing an individual information register and an order slip. Then the original order slip, written on a storage medium 6 together with article information, is supplied to the processing system, the individual information registering means 5 registers individual information on an orderer in the individual information register 7, the retrieving means 2 retrieves article information read out of the storage medium 6, and when an article to be purchased is structed, the order slip generating means 3 generates an order slip by entering the purchased article information and orderer information into the original order slip 620, and the generated order slip is transmitted by the ordering means 4 to have shopping. |
