<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint which also allows branch tubes be easily mounted and piped even to the main tubes such as sewer pipes or the like laid under ground shallowly. SOLUTION: A tube joint 1 comprising a saddle portion 2 to which a main tube is mounted and a tube connecting portion 3 curved into extension from the saddle portion, wherein when the saddle portion 2 is mounted to the main tube 13 such that one end of the base 6 of the connecting portion 3 is positioned at the horizontal line HL running along the axis AX1, and when the saddle portion 2 is mounted to the main tube 13 such that the axial core AX2 2 of a branch tube 14 and the horizontal line HL running along the axis AX1 of the main tube are in parallel and the other end of the base 6 of the connecting portion 3 is positioned at the horizontal line HL running along the axis AX1, the tube connecting portion 3 is curved such that the axis core AX2 of the branch tube 14 is parallel with the horizontal line HL running along the axis AX1. When the saddle portion 2 is mounted to the main tube 13 such that one end of the base portion 6 of the tube connecting portion 3 is positioned on the horizontal line HL, the level of the axis core AX1 of the main tube 13 becomes same with that of the bottom of the branch tube 14, so the branch tube 14 can be connected at the lowest level while preventing the reverse flow of the sewage, thus the main tube 13 can be laid shallowly.</p> |
