DIAGNOSTIC METHOD AND KIT OF THE RISK DEGREE OF ADIPOGENIC OCCURRENCE BY ASSAYING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN POLYMORPHISM OF GENE AND ADIPOGENIC OCCURRENCE

PURPOSE: A diagnostic method and kit of the risk degree of adipogenic occurrence are provided, thereby easily identifying the genotype which has the high risk degree of adipogenic occurrence by assaying relationship between polymorphism of a certain gene and adipogenic occurrence, so that the adipogenic occurrence in a person who has the high risk degree of adipogenic occurrence can be prevented at an early stage. CONSTITUTION: The diagnostic method of the risk degree of adipogenic occurrence comprises the steps of: isolating DNA through a conventional method; verifying the GNB3 genotype of the isolated DNA by using PCR; culturing the PCR product under the appropriate condition; subjecting the cultured PCR product to agarose gel electrophoresis in tris-acetate-EDTA(TAE) buffer solution; staining the developed gel with ethidium bromide; and deciding the T/T genotype having a 268bp band and the T/C genotype having 268bp, 152bp and 116bp bands as a genotype group having the high risk degree of adipogenic occurrence.
