PURPOSE: A method for performing auction with investment using the Internet and an auctioning system are provided to enable a bidder to buy an article at price lower than an article price in case of a successful bidder, prevent loss of an auction service provider by performing the auction with support of the investment from investors, and offer dividend to the investors. CONSTITUTION: An article information database(531) stores article information related to the auction. A database receiver(532) receives investment data includes investment information for the auction article from the investor(510) and receives auction data including auction information related to the auction article from the bidder(520). An auction performer(535) selects the successful bidder from the bidders and judges the auction data of the successful bidder as the knock-down data. An auction processor(534) calculates an earning rate based on more than one data among the investment data, the auction data, and the knock-down data. A dividend determiner determines dividend data of each investor based on the earning rate and the investment information of each investor.
