PURPOSE: Provided is an easy-to-wear crampon (or eisen) and a method for manufacturing the same, to utilize the crampon in every day life such as on icy and slippery roads. CONSTITUTION: The crampon (or eisen)(4) of practical use in every day life includes a plurality of stainless bars(3) immovably fixed onto the bottom surface of the crampon(4), and a belt(5) for attaching the crampon(4) to a shoe. A velcro tape adhesive(7) is applied to one side of the belt(5) to be attached to the shoe. The stainless bar(3) has a length of approximately 5mm, and protects a user from skidding on ice. The belt(5) is inserted into a couple of hooks(2,2') formed on both sides. In addition, antiskid dentations are formed to prevent the crampon from skidding from a sole of the shoe.
