摘要 PURPOSE: A method for circulating water by head impact load pressure of water and a buoyant generating apparatus is provided to generate electric energy by operating the generating apparatus through the force rising by buoyancy and to efficiently use natural energy at low investment cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for circulating water by head impact load pressure of water comprises a step of gathering water in a water storage plate(19) while outside water flows in water storage tanks(s) and opening the water storage plate, to make the gathered water(33) fall down; a step of discharging water in valve containers(p) to the outside by the pressure of impact by load produced while gathered water falls down to the valve containers; a step of closing a water reaction intercept plate(20) when water completely falls down to the valve containers, and closing the water storage plate and opening the water reaction intercept plate after the valve containers are isolated from outer water pressure while a valve(21) closes; and a step of gathering water to the water storage plate while outside water flows in the water storage tanks and opening the water storage plate to make the gathered water fall down.
