PURPOSE: A device and a method for an electronic receipt issuing/storing/lottery business using an IC card are provided to settle honest tax culture by replacing a paper receipts with an electronic receipt and realize the lottery business through the electronic receipt. CONSTITUTION: A customer transfers the electronic receipts stored in the IC card to a server(430) through an unmanned IC card reader(400) installed at a bank and a subway station in a desired time, or an IC card reader(410) attached to a computer connected to the Internet. The IC card readers read/transfer an IC card serial number and information of a receipt data storing field to the server for classifying the receipts into each customer. Data of the paper receipts is read through a scanner and is transferred to the server. The electronic receipts collected by an electronic settlement institution(420) and the information received from a businessman(450) by a national tax office(440) are transferred to the server. A user(460) confirms the inputted information by connecting to the server through the Internet. |
