SHUTTLE VECTORS FOR LEUCONOSTOC SP. AND E. COLI TO IMPROVE USAGE EFFICIENCY OF LEUCONOSTOC SP. HAVING VARIOUS ADVANTAGES IN PRODUCTION OF RECOMBINANT PROTEINS

摘要

PURPOSE: Shuttle vectors for Leuconostoc sp. and E. coli are provided, thereby easily transferring genes encoding recombinant proteins into Leuconostic sp. and effectively using Leuconostoc sp. having various advantages in production of recombinant proteins. CONSTITUTION: The shuttle vector pLeuCM for Leuconostoc sp. and E. coli comprises a DNA replication origin of Escherichia coli(E. coli); a DNA replication origin of Leuconostic sp.; a selection marker for E. coli selected from ampicillin resistance gene, chloramphenicol resistance gene, tetracycline resistance gene and leucine amino acid synthesis gene; a selection marker for Leuconostoc sp. selected from chloramphenicol resistance gene, erythromycin resistance gene, kanamycin resistance gene and ampicillin resistance gene; and a multiple cloning site with various restriction enzyme recognition sites, wherein the shuttle vector pLeuCM has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.
