PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a tendon and a fixing method thereof are provided to fix stably the tendon and control the tension of the tendon by using an operating principle of a bolt and a nut. CONSTITUTION: A groove(2b) is formed at a head(2a) of a bolt(2). A cavity is formed in the inside of the bolt. A nut(4) includes a first screw part(4a) combined with the bolt and a through-hole(4c). A washer(3) is inserted between the bolt and the nut and has an inside diameter larger than a diameter of a tunnel of a shin part. A driver(6) includes a driver handle(6a), a driver body(6b), and a driver end(6c) combined with the driver end and the groove of the bolt. A cavity is formed in the inside of the driver. A guide(5) includes a handle(5a) and a ring-shaped bar passing through the cavity of the bolt and the cavity of the driver.
